If you watched the first part of the series and practiced your toe taps, you can probably already tell that the moves that seem “easy”, are not.
Especially, when you focus on the goal of the movement and do the exercise with good form.

Why would you want to watch a video where we go so slow and I do a lot of talking?
I know, I get it. But I promise that the foundations are so important! Once you begin to understand how your body works and moves, you will have so much fun with other exercises. You’ll feel when something feels “off”, and you’ll know how to challenge yourself just a bit more.
