Video: Working Out but Not Seeing Results? 3 Tips That Will Help

Have you been on the workout track since the new year….or ever since you can remember?

Like a committed and dedicated person, you’ve been putting in the hours – week after week. And as much as you hate weighing yourself and know that it’s not about the number you see on the scale, you certainly wouldn’t mind the number just dropping a few.

 And it’s not!

Ok friends, we can all relate.

First of all, get rid of the scale. You don’t need it. You don’t need to obsess about the pounds.

You need to focus on more important things, like getting to the bottom of why you are not seeing results even though you’re putting in the work.

The scale won’t tell you any of that. I don’t keep a scale. Never have.

But I know how you are feeling. I like to see results. And if I’m committed to my workout routine, I want to see changes in my body.

I don’t want your hard-earned work to go to waste, so I’m coming through with some tips. First things first, put the scale away, and then watch this video.

There are a few things you may be overlooking that are getting in the way of your hard-earned results.

In this video, I give you 3 Questions to (Honestly) Ask Yourself When Trying to Tone-Up or Lose Weight.

If you dig this video, go to Facebook and give it the tiny thumb up.

And don’t forget to remind yourself of this checklist daily.

Maria, that is great! You are awesome! Couldn’t have said it better myself :) I think I am a grazer though, lol, cause I am always snacking throughout the day! At least my snacks are Vegan and usually fruit :)

Thanks, Jed. I didn’t take you for a grazer :) Fruit and raw veggies are of course better than anything processed, but even things like nuts are hard to digest if you are constantly snacking on them non-stop.
