Did you know that it’s National Nutrition Month? It was created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to educate the public about healthy eating. The slogan for this year is “get your plate in shape”, so I figure we can go the extra mile to make that happen. What do you say? Try a new recipe, vegetable or fruit this week.
